Sweet Granola

  • 3 cups instant oatmeal
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 cup each coconut flakes
  • 1 cup nuts of choice
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raisins or sunflower seeds

Mix the oatmeal, condensed milk, and margarine in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil. Press mixture onto pan. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes until light brown.
