Grilled Tomatoes with Melted Mozzarella
Ingredients fresh large tomatoes olive oil shredded mozzarella cheese salt pepper dried oregano Directions Slice tomatoes into thick slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place on grill; cook until desired tenderness or until cheese is melted!
