Ingredients
- Ground beef.
 - Smoked Gouda cheese
 - Onion
 - Bacon–cooked
 - Seasoning of your choice–I use Weber’s Chicago Steak seasoning.
 - Hamburger bun–or bun of your choice.
 
Directions
- Mix seasoning with ground beef.
 - Form into two equal patties.
 - Place a slice of smoked gouda cheese, onion and cooked bacon on top of one patty.
 - Place second patty on top and seal edges.
 - Cooked as desired.
 - Place on hamburger bun.
 - ENJOY!!
