Smokin’ Gouda Burger

Depends on how you like your burger cooked.
Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: Depends on how you like your burger cooked | Servings: 1 burger


  • Ground beef.
  • Smoked Gouda cheese
  • Onion
  • Bacon–cooked
  • Seasoning of your choice–I use Weber’s Chicago Steak seasoning.
  • Hamburger bun–or bun of your choice.


  1. Mix seasoning with ground beef.
  2. Form into two equal patties.
  3. Place a slice of smoked gouda cheese, onion and cooked bacon on top of one patty.
  4. Place second patty on top and seal edges.
  5. Cooked as desired.
  6. Place on hamburger bun.
  7. ENJOY!!
