Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thawed raspberries (previously frozen berries work best because they are very juicy)
  • 1/3 cup olive or canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup sugar (add to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Store in refrigerator.
