One Pan Chicken Dinner

Prep: About 15 minutes | Cook: 1 hour | Servings: Serves 4-6
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3-4 peeled & cubed potatoes
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans green beans, drained (or 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed)
  • 1 (4-ounce) stick butter or margarine
  • 1 package dry Italian dressing

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9×13 pan with oil. Place chicken breasts down center of pan. Spread green beans on side of the chicken. Spread the potatoes on the other side of the chicken. Melt the butter and stir in the Italian dressing. Pour liquid over chicken, beans, and potatoes. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until chicken and potatoes are done. Serve and enjoy.

    Made this using what I had on hand; fresh green beans, little red potatoes, and skinless, boneless chicken thighs, and it turned out great! Thanks for this tasty and easy to prepare recipe!
