Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. country sausage (like Jimmy Dean)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- Dash of pepper
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions
- Brown sausage, drain, crumble and set aside.
- Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
- Stir in meat, cheese, onions and pepper.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- This pie freezes well. ENJOY!
