Great Lakes Energy
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Place cocoa and sugar in pan remove lumps
- Add salt and water bring to boil turn to medium and simmer 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then add vanilla.
