Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
- 4 jalapeño hot dogs, sliced into 24 slices
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, then spoon into 24 mini muffin cups.
- Press 1 cube of cream cheese into each filled muffin cup.
- Top each muffin cup with one slice of hot dog.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey & serve.
