Italian Spaghetti Salad

Cherryland Electric Cooperative  
  • 1/2 pound spaghetti, cooked
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, peeled or not
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • Italian dressing

Toss everything together while spaghetti is still warm, adding dressing to moisten. This is quick, easy, and full of fresh veggies—a perfect dish for summer.
