Ham-N-Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped ham, optional
  • 1 cup bacon bits, optional

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, seasoning salt and ham, if using. Stir well until combined. Form the mixture into a ball, cover, and chill in the refrigerator until firm. When ready to serve, spread the bacon bits on a plate and roll the cheese ball in the bacon until evenly coated. Transfer to a serving platter and serve with crackers.
