- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped ham, optional
- 1 cup bacon bits, optional
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, seasoning salt and ham. Stir well until combined. Form a ball and chill in the fridge. When ready to serve, prepare a plate with the bacon bits and roll the ball in the bacon to cover on all sides. Transfer to a serving platter and serve with crackers.
