Cowboy Stew

1 pound hamburger
1 (15-ounce) can vegetable soup
1 (15-ounce) can tomato soup
1 (15-ounce) can water
3-4 carrots, cut up
2 medium potatoes, cut up
1 small onion, chopped

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Add soup & vegetables. Cook for about 45 minutes or so.

    The family loves this. I love it because it is so easy to prepare. My husband had requested it, but I went through all my recipes and couldn’t find it. I even asked my friends if I had e-mailed it to them. No. I happened to pick up my Country Lines magazine from April that was tucked away. Click! I was so excited because seeing the pictures of recipes, I knew I had to look this up. I am so happy. Thank you!
