Cowboy Stew

1 pound hamburger
1 (15-ounce) can vegetable soup
1 (15-ounce) can tomato soup
1 (15-ounce) can water
3-4 carrots, cut up
2 medium potatoes, cut up
1 small onion, chopped

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Add soup & vegetables. Cook for about 45 minutes or so.
