Breakfast Cheesy Sausage Bake

Prep: 20 minutes | Cook: 60 minutes | Servings: Makes 9 x 13 pan- feeds 8-10 people.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups spoon-sized shredded wheat
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 pound browned sausage
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Grease 9 x13 pan and spread shredded wheat on bottom.
  2. Top with two cheeses.
  3. Arrange sausage over cheese.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients together and pour over top.
  5. Bake at 325 F uncovered for 60-70 minutes.
