Best Ever Beet Salad

10-15 minutes
| Servings: 3-4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 can beets, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.  Add more vinaigrette if desired.
  2. Store in airtight container
  3. Enjoy!!
