Seven-Layer Taco Dip

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped (green tops only)
  • 1/2 can black olives, sliced
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Layer the ingredients in the order listed in a shallow serving dish, glass pie plate, or 8×8-inch baking dish, beginning with the refried beans and ending with the shredded cheddar cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips and salsa.
