Meat Lovers Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bag shredded hashbrowns (refrigerated or frozen)
  • shredded cheddar cheese (any variety you like)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt & pepper

Prepared meat toppings

  • 8 ounces cooked cubed ham
  • 1 pound cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 6-8 strips cooked bacon, cut into smaller pieces (pre-cooked bacon works great)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Spread the shredded hashbrowns evenly on the bottom of your baking dish.
  4. Salt and pepper hashbrowns to taste.
  5. Top seasoned hashbrowns with shredded cheese.
  6. Add prepared meat evenly on top of the cheese.
  7.  Mix together 4 eggs with the 1 cup of milk.
  8. Pour the milk/egg mixture on top of the meat.
  9. Bake at 375 F  for 40-45 minutes.
