Ingredients
- fresh ears of corn
- sour cream
- shredded Asiago cheese
- Mexican seasoning (use a seasoning blend or a mix of garlic, oregano, cumin, and chili powder)
- butter
Directions
Cook or grill fresh ears of corn. Mix sour cream and Mexican seasonings together, to taste. Coat cooked ears with butter. Roll in sour cream mixture. Roll in Asiago cheese. Enjoy.
