Ingredients
- 1 cup thawed raspberries (previously frozen berries work best because they are very juicy)
- 1/3 cup olive or canola oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup sugar (add to taste)
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Store in refrigerator.
