Zeus Burgers

Ingredients

SAUCE:

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste

BURGERS:

  • 1/2 cup frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, grained and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts (may substitute chopped walnuts)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. In another bowl, combine burger ingredients, mix well and make 4 patties.
  3. Grill burgers.
  4. Serve with sauce on toasted buns
