Yummy Chicken Marinade

Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 15 minutes | Servings: 8 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 large or 2 small)
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 3 teaspoons dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

In a small bowl, add all ingredients and mix together. Add chicken and marinate for 24 hours before grilling. Serve immediately.
