Warm Turkey Pesto Sandwiches

  • 6 slices deli turkey meat
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 burger buns
  • 3 tablespoons prepared basil pesto
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Fold turkey and cheese to fit the bottom of buns, tearing or cutting to fit. In a small bowl, combine the basil pesto and mayonnaise. Spread a thin layer over the six buns. Place bun tops on and place sandwiches on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and heat 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6.
