Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds hot Italian sausage
- 8 (14.5-ounce) cans diced chili-ready tomatoes
- 2 cans kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
Directions
Brown and drain the hot Italian sausage. Dice red onion, green pepper, jalapeño pepper, and celery. Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir. Cook for 6 hours on low stirring occasionally. Serve with freshly grated sharp cheddar, a dollop of sour cream and your favorite crusty bread
