Potato Chip Clusters

15 minutes plus chilling time
Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: Depends on microwave power | Servings: about 3 dozen


  • 9 ounces white baking chocolate
  • 2 cups coarsely crushed ridged potato chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


  1. In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate.
  2. Stir in potato chips and pecans.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper lined baking sheets. Another option would be to drop directly into muffin liners for an easy grab and go.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
