Ingredients

  • 1 Protein Shake any flavor and protein count
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 avocado or banana
  • 1/4 cup your choice of  nuts

Directions

  1. Put all in a smoothie blender and pulse until nuts are pulverized
