Ingredients
- 1 bag shredded hashbrowns (refrigerated or frozen)
- shredded cheddar cheese (any variety you like)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- salt & pepper
Prepared meat toppings
- 8 ounces cooked cubed ham
- 1 pound cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
- 6-8 strips cooked bacon, cut into smaller pieces (pre-cooked bacon works great)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Spread the shredded hashbrowns evenly on the bottom of your baking dish.
- Salt and pepper hashbrowns to taste.
- Top seasoned hashbrowns with shredded cheese.
- Add prepared meat evenly on top of the cheese.
- Mix together 4 eggs with the 1 cup of milk.
- Pour the milk/egg mixture on top of the meat.
- Bake at 375 F for 40-45 minutes.
