Kris Kringle Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in white chocolate morsels and cranberries. Drop rounded spoonfuls (about 2 tablespoons) of dough, 1-1/2 inches apart, onto baking sheets. Bake for about 9 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for about 1 minute and remove to wire racks to cool completely.
