Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a mason jar.
- Cover and shake well.
- Use immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 4 days before use.
- Works great on chicken, but also tasty on any other meat or fish.
