Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons wine vinegar (white or red)
- 3 green onions, sliced thinly
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Combine in a large screw-top jar.
- Place what you want to marinate (chicken, pork, tenderloin, shish kabob, beef, swordfish, shrimp) in a deep glass 13×9.
- Pour marinade over and cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill several hours or overnight, turning once or twice.
- Drain and discard marinade.
- Grill the meat or fish until done.
