Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen fruit (your choice)
  • Honey to taste
  • 1 cup milk or juice

Directions

  1. Add all to blender, blend until smooth.
