Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam/jelly
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 3 ounces grated white chocolate (or 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
Place apples and berries in ovenproof dish. Heat jelly in saucepan until runny, then pour over fruit. Mix all remaining ingredients in separate bowl until smooth. Spoon batter over fruit and level. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes, or until top is golden and springy and fruit mixture is bubbly. Cool at least 5 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
