Ingredients
- 8 – half Chicken breasts (4 whole)
- Swiss cheese
- One can of Cream of Chicken soup
- One can of Cream of Celery soup
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup white cooking wine
- Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix (or your favorite)
- 2/3 Stick of butter
Directions
- Spray 9×13 baking dish with vegetable spray
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place chicken breasts in the 9×13 baking dish
- Put a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken
- Mix, in a separate bowl, the Cream of Chicken soup, the Cream of Celery soup and the white wine.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken
- Cover the entire top of the dish with stuffing mix
- Melt butter and pour it on top of the stuffing/chicken
- Cook 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
- Serve over Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice (or your favorite)
