Mini Ham Sandwiches

  • 12 Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
  • 1 pound deli ham, shaved
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Jack Daniel dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut entire pack of rolls horizontally. In a 9×13 baking dish, place bottom half of rolls evenly. Cover with ham and cheese and place top half of rolls on top. To a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and melt. Add the Worcestershire sauce, poppyseeds, brown sugar and mustard and heat, stirring. Pour over sandwiches and bake covered at 350 F 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Makes 12 sandwiches.
