Key Lime Cheese Cakes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup lime juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces cool-whip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. In cupcake pans, line 18 cups with paper cupcake liners
  2. Mix: ½ stick of melted butter and 1 ½ c graham cracker crumbs. Divide evenly in the 18 cupcake liners. Pat down firmly.
  3. In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and cream with a mixer until smooth.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth
  5. Add lime juice and mix until smooth
  6. Fold in Cool Whip
  7. Divide evenly in the 18 cupcake liners. Place in freezer and serve frozen
