Juicy Jerk Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a mason jar.
  2. Cover and shake well.
  3. Use immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 4 days before use.
  4. Works great on chicken, but also tasty on any other meat or fish.
  5. Enjoy!!
