- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 large or 2 small)
- 1 cup canola oil
- 3 teaspoons dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In a small bowl, add all ingredients and mix together. Add chicken and marinate for 24 hours before grilling. Serve immediately.
