Ingredients
- 3 cups spoon-sized shredded wheat
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pound browned sausage
- 5 eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Grease 9 x13 pan and spread shredded wheat on bottom.
- Top with two cheeses.
- Arrange sausage over cheese.
- Combine remaining ingredients together and pour over top.
- Bake at 325 F uncovered for 60-70 minutes.
