- 3 cups instant oatmeal
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 cup each coconut flakes
- 1 cup nuts of choice
- 1 cup chocolate chips, butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips
- 1 cup raisins or sunflower seeds
Mix the oatmeal, condensed milk, and margarine in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil. Press mixture onto pan. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes until light brown.
