Popcorn Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 heaping teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package real bacon pieces
  • 1 package frozen popcorn chicken (24 ounces- Foster Farms is what I use)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese – cubed
  1. Cook the popcorn chicken according to package directions and set aside to cool.
  2. Cook the rotini pasta according to directions, drain and rinse well under cool water.
  3. Combine Ranch Mix, Miracle Whip, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour over pasta and stir.
  5. Add bacon pieces, cheddar cheese and popcorn chicken (I like to dice up the larger pieces of chicken before combining).
  6. Mix until pasta and chicken are well coated.
  7. Chill or serve immediately.
