- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 4 ounces dried breadcrumbs
- 4 large eggs
- 4 ounces whole milk
- 6 ounces grated Romano cheese
- 3 ounces grated Spanish onion
- 2 ounces finely diced fresh garlic
- 2 ounces finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
- 2 ounces finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl. Add more bread crumbs if the mixture feels a little loose. Using a small scoop, roll each meatball to the size of a golf ball and place on the prepped baking sheet. Place into preheated oven, at 350 F, for approximately 35-40 minutes. These meatballs can be used in sauce for a spaghetti dinner or part of a meatball sandwiches. Enjoy!
