Tomatoes and Linguine

  • 8 ounces linguine noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook linguine according to package directions, to al dente. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine tomatoes,  basil, salt & pepper, green onions, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Drain linguine, add butter to hot linguine, when melted add tomato mixture and enjoy.
