Ingredient
- 1 cup cooked rice
 - 1 tablespoon minced onion
 - 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
 - 1/2 cup celery diced
 - 1/2 cup green grapes, halved or quartered
 - 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
 - 2/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
 - 1 tablespoon French dressing
 - salt & pepper to taste
 
Directions
- Combine rice, onion, vinegar, and olive oil; chill. Add chicken, salt, pepper, celery, walnuts, mayo and French dressing; mix all together. Add mandarin oranges and grapes. Mix lightly and oranges will fall apart if mixed
