Simple Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Mix sauce ingredients and add chicken (I often double the sauce).
  2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat skillet and cook chicken, adding oil as necessary, until cooked through and slightly browned.
  4. Serve in warmed flour tortilla shells with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and any other desired toppings.
