Ingredients
- 12 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 heaping teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package real bacon pieces
- 1 package frozen popcorn chicken (24 ounces- Foster Farms is what I use)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese – cubed
- Cook the popcorn chicken according to package directions and set aside to cool.
- Cook the rotini pasta according to directions, drain and rinse well under cool water.
- Combine Ranch Mix, Miracle Whip, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour over pasta and stir.
- Add bacon pieces, cheddar cheese and popcorn chicken (I like to dice up the larger pieces of chicken before combining).
- Mix until pasta and chicken are well coated.
- Chill or serve immediately.
