Pistachio Pudding Bread

Prep: 20 minutes | Cook: 40 minutes | Servings: Two loaf pans

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the yellow cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and sour cream. Mix until combined.
  3. Pour half of mixture into two greased loaf pans.
  4. Mix together the sugars and cinnamon and sprinkle half on top of each pan.
  5. Pour remainder of pudding mixture on top and sprinkle with rest of topping.
  6. Bake at 350 F for approximately 40 minutes or until center is done.
