Ingredients
- 8 ounces large-size pasta shells, cooked according to package directions
 - 1 pound hamburger
 - oregano
 - parsley
 - sweet basil (fresh is preferred)
 - garlic powder
 - salt
 - pepper
 - 1 pint ricotta cheese
 - 1 egg
 - 1 quart spaghetti sauce
 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
 
Directions
In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the hamburger and season with oregano, parsley, basil, garlic, salt, pepper. Combine and stir until browned. In a small bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, oregano, parsley, basil and 1 egg. Add the hamburger meat. Layer a greased 9×13 cake pan with 1/2 the spaghetti sauce. Stuff cooked shells with cheese/meat mixture. Then, arrange shells in pan, cover with remaining spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 F for approximately 35 minutes or until bubbly.
