Ingredients
- ¾ cup lime juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces cool-whip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ stick butter
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
Directions
- In cupcake pans, line 18 cups with paper cupcake liners
- Mix: ½ stick of melted butter and 1 ½ c graham cracker crumbs. Divide evenly in the 18 cupcake liners. Pat down firmly.
- In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and cream with a mixer until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth
- Add lime juice and mix until smooth
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Divide evenly in the 18 cupcake liners. Place in freezer and serve frozen
