- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more
- 4 boneless pork chops
In a shallow large bowl, add the honey, soy sauce, garlic cloves and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Add the pork chops. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours, stirring occasionally to coat the pork chops. Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Cook until the pork is seared and cooked through, about 8 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!! Serve immediately.
