- 1 ham roast
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water
Place a fresh ham roast in a greased crockpot, rub roast with soy sauce. In a small bowl combine salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub the dry mixture all over the roast. Add water to the crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours until internal temperature reads 160 F.
