Ingredients
- ½ cup margarine, melted
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- ½ cup coconut
- 2 apples, peeled, cored & sliced thin
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix butter, dry cake mix and coconut until crumbly.
- Pat mixture into ungreased 9″x13″ pan, building up slightly at edges. Bake 10 min.
- Arrange apple slices on warm crust.
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over apples.
- Blend sour cream and egg, then drizzle over apples.
- Bake 25 min or until edges are light brown.
