- 1 (6 ounce) package Uncle Ben’s Long Grain and Wild Rice
- 1 frying chicken or equivalent pieces
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
- 2 1/2 cups water
- Sprinkle rice mix on bottom of buttered 9×13 inch pan.
- Combine soup, seasoning packet from rice and water.
- Place chicken on top of rice and pour soup mixture over all.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/4 hours (75 minutes).
